Hair Dyeing

Hair coloration is a high volume business, with more than 60% of women and between 5-10% of men regularly dyeing their hair. Consumers expose themselves to significant risks when doing so however, as the chemicals used within hair dyes are severe allergens, sensitisers and suspected carcinogens.

DyeCat is developing a range of permanent hair dyes which do not rely on these dangerous chemicals, and which incorporate natural materials that do not exhibit these harmful properties. These preparations do not require the harsh conditions normally associated with hair dyes, reducing the damage caused to the hair and skin of the consumer.
